Bolton Surveyor was founded in 2008 with a straightforward idea: that people buying and selling property in Bolton deserve honest, independent advice from surveyors who genuinely know the local market — not a faceless national firm with no connection to the area.

We started small. Just one surveyor, a van, and a firm belief that a good survey should tell a client everything they need to know in language they can actually understand. Over fifteen years, that approach has earned us a reputation as one of the most trusted property surveying practices in the Bolton area.

Today, we're a small, close-knit team of fully qualified, accredited surveyors covering Bolton and surrounding areas — including Horwich, Leigh, Egerton, Westhoughton and wider Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
